I was nervous of getting a shot in my back , but the nurse promised that she’d take good care of me, and the doctor said he’d be gentle, and they all did! Also the clinic nurse gave me courage and a hand when ai needed it. Thank you all!

Jan 1st they stopped taking Molina. We had an appoint with them since April and the get told 2 days prior to our appointment in August they dont take our insurance. No one told us for months even though they saw our appointment. The doctor is Amanda Knox is great. Their office is lazy and terrible.

Dr. Thompson and her staff were phenomenal! Scheduling was easy without a massive wait. Day of procedure service was prompt, friendly, informative, and all the things you want a medical procedure to be.

The team working with Dr Holt-Knox is amazing. They listen to the patients concerns and help immediately. The communication is great and I even received a phone call at 7:30 am on a Saturday from the Doctor. My wife and I are both 80+ years old and feel very safe to be seen by this team. Rich Larson

The receptionist was extremely nice & helpful upon first entering the office as well as upon leaving. I was taken in to the Dr's office very quickly. The PA's asst was also very nice to deal with. And of course I enjoyed meeting the PA. He dealt with my main concerns on my first visit & was pleasant. I thank the Lord I was able to get an appt with Multicare so quickly as I needed to see a Dr for authorization of my diabetic pump & CGM supplies.
